چکیده

This article focuses on the problem of Mathematics and English Integrated Learning (MLIL) by future teachers. Our literature review shows a variety aspects that scientists consider when studying MLIL model. However, previous researches did not appropriate learning materials (LM) for in detail. The paper results two conducted surveys students majoring Secondary Education (Mathematics) Ukraine (82 32 participants, respectively). They helped us to make conclusion about: importance integrated both mathematical language students’ competence; syllabus elements reflecting linguistic components goals, objectives, expected outcomes; necessity content be consistent with current needs students; using different means scaffolding, particular opportunities ICT.

Instructional design in mathematics for students with learning disabilities.

The low achievement level of students with learning disabilities has multiple causes. One is the mismatch between the students' learning characteristics and the design of instructional materials and practices. Design principles better suited to the characteristics of students with learning disabilities are described and illustrated for five areas: (a) big ideas; (b) conspicuous strategies; (c) ...

The mathematics of language learning

Over the past decade, attention has gradually shifted from the estimation of parameters to the learning of linguistic structure (for a survey see Smith 2011). Stabler Mathematics of language learning

This paper surveys prominent mathematical approaches to language learning, with an emphasis on the common fundamental assumptions of various approaches. All approaches adopt some restrictive assumption about the nature of relevant causal influences, with much ongoing work directed to the problem of discovery and justification of these assumptions. There has been a long-standing debate among phi...
